OUR IMMIGRATION SERVICES
ABUSE BY A FAMILY MEMBER
If you have suffered abuse by a family member, whether a spouse, partner, or other relative, you may qualify for legal status without leaving the country. This applies to both men and women who have been victims of physical or emotional violence. We understand how crucial it is to keep your family safe and want to help you get the protection you need.
ABUSE BY A CITIZEN
If you have had conflicts with your US citizen or permanent resident partner (or ex-partner), depending on the severity of the issues and other factors, you may qualify for legal status without leaving the country. We know family is important and you want to protect it, even if problems have arisen at times.
ABUSE AT WORK
If you have suffered abuse at your workplace here in the US, you may obtain documents without leaving the country. This is possible even if you have had prior immigration issues, such as deportations, multiple illegal entries to the US, or immigration detentions.
ABUSE BY SOMEONE ELSE
If you suffered abuse by another person, whether a romantic partner, a coyote, a family member, a roommate, or another person, you may qualify to arrange your documents without leaving the country, depending on the severity of the abuse and other factors, regardless of that person’s immigration status.
CRIME VICTIM
If you have been a victim of certain crimes here in the US, you may qualify to obtain your documents without leaving the country. We may be able to include your partner and children in your case to help them obtain documentation as well, regardless of whether they are in the US or in their home country.
